Kids

Looking for a fun activity for your kids that promotes physical fitness, academic achievement and good behavior? The tenets of taekwondo are courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. By embodying these values in a healthy environment of positive reinforcement, we help kids learn how to succeed in life.

Adults

Our programs are designed with fitness in mind. No experience necessary! Whether you’re looking for a fun way to get in shape, a boost of personal power, to learn self-defense or just to control the stress in your life, our classes provide you with the tools you need to reach your goals. Group training and private lessons both available.

Private Lessons

Private lessons with Master Dan provide accelerated learning to take you from beginner to black belt in a personalized environment. One-on-one lessons are ideal for busy parents and executives whose schedules prevent regular attendance in evening classes, and for students of all ages who want to augment their group training experience.

Rank Testing

When you’re invited to test for your next rank, you’ll be ready. You’ll demonstrate your proficiency in the techniques you’ve learned so far. Spirit and attitude count the most!
